Personal Background: Barry Auchettl is passionate about helping people shine from within. Overcoming life-threatening brain tumors and reversing his need for glasses, Barry’s positive outlook on life’s challenges is inspiring. An engaging and down-to-earth facilitator from Australia’s Gold Coast, Barry delivers talks, workshops, and trainings worldwide on Vision and authentic communication.

Qualifications: Barry holds a Masters in Education focusing on computers and eyesight, a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), and several diplomas in education and religious studies. He has researched the effects of computers on eyesight, developed Vision training programs to combat Computer Eyesight Syndrome, and created the Scan Charts, a vital resource for kinesiologists. Barry is also the creator of Light Body Alignments for restoring natural health.

Workplace Background: Barry began his career as an accountant before transitioning to teaching accounting, economics, computers, and religious education at various educational levels. He trained teachers in safe computer use and has been an entrepreneur since 1997, founding Eye Power, Conversations, and The Vision School.

Eye Power: After overcoming the need for glasses, Barry founded Eye Power in 1997. He authored “Eye Power,” a ten-minute daily guide to improving eyesight, and “In One Vision,” a story of expanding vision on all levels. His upcoming book, “How to Improve Your Eyesight and Vision of Life,” explores the connection between eyesight and life vision.

Conversations: Barry created “Conversations,” an inspirational game for authentic communication. He developed facilitation training for large groups and the workplace, educational versions of the game, and the Lifestyle Edition for workplace growth. The game is being translated into multiple languages, with an online platform release planned.

Life Vision Mentoring: Barry’s Life Vision Mentoring supports personal growth and right livelihood. Unlike traditional life coaching, it integrates passion with practical living and specializes in quickly clearing sabotage programs. Barry also developed Mindset in Sport programs to give athletes a competitive edge.
